Tell us all about your nominee and why you believe they deserve this award.

I believe William (Will) deserves this award because he is a very caring individual. He is very active in the music community. From playing in the wind ensemble on euphonium to being the Brass Sargent in the marching band. Along with being apart of the indoor percussion program. Through out all these events, he loves helping others musically or just as an individual. He is always willing to teach younger students when they are struggling. While he is teaching, he explains information in an easily understandable way and will break it down more if necessary. Outside of band, Will dedicates his time towards his family and friends who need help with anything. He is a great support system to have behind you and very uplifting when you’re down. He is a fun and caring person along with a terrific role model for the younger generation to look up to. He always has a smile on his face with a ton of high energy that makes you forget what you were worried about. In conclusion, Will deserves this award because he makes life fun, easy, and he’s the most caring person I’ve ever met.

What kind of impact or benefit will this have for your nominee?

I believe this impact will allow him to see that everything he is working on in life is worth it. He has impacted not only my life but those around him. I hope that this shows him how much we love and appreciate everything he does for the community.

Tell us all about your nominee and why you believe they deserve this award.

 Jestina is literally the most joyful person I know and she always strives to make people feel better even when she going through really rough times. She puts everyone else’s needs before her own in every situation and she is one of the most caring people I know.

What kind of impact or benefit will this have for your nominee?

Jestina loves taking photos. She’s taken so many photography classes and genuinely has an eye for it. I feel like it would make her day if she was able to have someone take her photos and change allow her to feel the joy that she gives people when she takes photos of them.

1) Tell us all about your nominee and why you believe they deserve this award.

 Regan is an amazing young lady! Just days before starting her 9th grade year she was in a horrific golf cart accident. Through all the trials she faced after her accident, including a long hospital stay and countless surgeries, her positive attitude and strength has shined so bright…even through the darkest days of her recovery. It has been awe inspiring to witness! Not only did she keep an incredibly positive attitude, but through it all she continued to excel in school and she made an incredible comeback on the soccer field! Regan has worked so incredibly hard, through so much adversity, and I can’t think of anyone more deserving of the honor of a senior experience photo shoot!

1) What kind of impact or benefit will this have for your nominee?

I just think it will make her feel special, and can’t think of anyone that deserves that more than Regan!

2) Tell us all about your nominee and why you believe they deserve this award.

She has been through so much but has overcome it all with such grace and positivity. She is an amazing person, friend, and an inspiration to all around her.

2) What kind of impact or benefit will this have for your nominee?

I think this would make her senior year so much fun and give her something amazing to look forward to!

 Ellie Bauman is a shining example of kindness, integrity, service, love, and joy in action. A gifted artist and creative spirit, Ellie shares her talents not only through her artwork but also by leading her church youth band, where she thoughtfully plans set lists and leads her peers in worship with heart and enthusiasm. She serves on the Student Leadership Team at New Hope Baptist Church (South Campus), plays on the East Coweta High School lacrosse team, and works at New Hope Weekday Preschool. Ellie lovingly cares for children from babies to kindergarteners, walks crying babies with patience and tenderness, and supports teachers and directors by organizing and creating thoughtful projects for the staff. Ellie’s love for Jesus shines brightly through everything she does, inspiring those around her with her joyful spirit, servant’s heart, and unwavering commitment to lifting others up. Her daily actions make her a true role model and a deeply deserving nominee for the IMPACT Award.

What kind of impact or benefit will this have for your nominee?

Receiving the IMPACT Award would not only celebrate Ellie’s incredible heart and leadership, but also encourage her to continue using her gifts to inspire and serve others. As a high school student balancing leadership roles, athletics, work, and service, this recognition would affirm the deep impact she is already making in her community and strengthen her confidence as she steps into even greater opportunities ahead. Highlighting her creativity, love for others, and unwavering faith would be a powerful reminder to Ellie—and to those around her—that living with kindness, integrity, service, love, and joy truly makes a difference.

Harper exemplifies the qualities of a quiet leader—someone who leads not through volume, but through action, integrity, and unwavering commitment. With a rigorous academic load that includes AP and dual enrollment classes, she consistently performs at the highest level while also excelling as a dedicated student-athlete. Beyond the classroom and the field, she prioritizes giving selflessly of her time to serve others through her involvement in Newnan Ambassadors, Key Club, National Honor Society, Beta Club, and more. Her ability to balance excellence in academics, athletics, and service while uplifting those around her and being a truly wonderful friend and family member speaks volumes about her character, making her truly deserving of this award.

What kind of impact or benefit will this have for your nominee?

 Harper is not one to make things about her. She gives so much to others and I would love to see her have time to shine!

Tell us all about your nominee and why you believe they deserve this award.

Maddie has been an exemplary young lady during her high school career, Her dedication to academics and athletics has certainly been one filled with achievement and commitment.

Since Freshman year, she has been a leader in women’s soccer as a key player. Her
kindness and sweet spirit are characteristics they define her. She gives
back to the community through her church and club work, and she volunteers as a mentor to elementary students through Cougar Connection.

As captain of the soccer team this year,
she has helped the Lady Cougars have an extremely successful season, finishing third in the region. The young team looks up to her as someone who sets a fine example of dedication to athletics while taking challenging AP and dual enrollment classes. She has maintained a place on the A Honor Roll while being busy person,
on and off the field.

Her sweet personality does not go unnoticed among teachers and friends.
They know she is—quite literally—a team player who will lead or follow with respect
and determination.

What kind of impact or benefit will this have for your nominee?

 Maddie’s studying and sport plus her extracurricular commitments do not leave a great amount of time for her to work to help with all the “extras” that seniors will have. Application fees and events are expensive. In order to participate and have the means to attend many of the extra events, she picks up a variety of house sitting and babysitting jobs.

Tournaments and showcases also cost a good bit of extra money, so it
Is her responsibility to help with gas money and simple teen expenses. She has never been photographed professionally outside of family pictures. She is a beautiful girl and would truly appreciate the chance to be to be the sole subject of a phenomenal senior photo season done by your business.

Maddie is a lovely, sweet, dependable,
and a committed young lady who is a voice of reason to others. She deserves some type of special recognition. If you meet her, you will understand!

Wellness Shift

Tell us all about your nominee and why you believe they deserve this award.

Nicki has always dreamed of working as a personal trainer, helping people live their healthiest, most fulfilling lives. She earned a degree in sports training, but after college, her career took a different path. When her sister was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer, Nicki stepped in to help her make important dietary and lifestyle changes. Through that experience, she rediscovered her passion for helping others. She realized she wanted to guide people toward healthier lifestyles through nutrition and exercise. This past year, she finally decided to pursue her dream and launched Wellness Shift, a business focused on nutrition and personal training. Since starting her journey, Nicki has helped both young athletes and adults improve their overall health and well-being. 

What kind of impact or benefit will this have for your nominee?

Nicki and Wellness Shift are ideal recipients of the 2025 Impact Award because Nicki’s work is driven by a genuine passion for helping others—not self-promotion. Her focus has always been on improving lives through personalized nutrition and fitness, rather than building a brand. This award would give her the visibility and resources to grow Wellness Shift, allowing her to reach more people and continue making a meaningful impact in her community. With greater exposure, Nicki can keep doing what she does best—helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

1) Tell us all about your nominee and why you believe they deserve this award.

Jodie has created an awesome community. Burn Bootcamp not only provides a place for us to get fit, but also develop lifelong friendships and serve our community. Jodie is always partnering with local charities and providing fundraisers— ones that can get whole families involved. I can’t think of anyone who has made more of an impact or works harder to develop a strong community than Jodie. 

1) What kind of impact or benefit will this have for your nominee?

 Jodie needs to know that she’s appreciated in our community! This will help her to have great branding photos for the year! Mostly, I think it will mean a lot to know that we see her!

2) Tell us all about your nominee and why you believe they deserve this award.

Jodie is a business owner of 3 Burn locations. Each location has between 4-500 members.. that’s a lot of families that are impacted by the amazing communities she serves! She leads by example and is always the hardest worker in the room. She puts her best foot forward for her members and her employees.. she strives to bring out the best in everyone and doesn’t let anyone settle for anything but better than their best. She is knowledgeable about fitness and keeps her knowledge fresh with continuing education so that she can provide the best to her community. She pours her heart and soul into her communities all while being an amazing mother to her son Eli Jax.

She is humble and deserves recognition for her efforts because it doesn’t go unnoticed! She would be so grateful and appreciate the acknowledgement.

She believes in making a difference in people lives through healthy lifestyle habits. She has made an impact with Burn Bootcamp to help people move their bodies, learn how to take care of it, and make families feel empowered and build confidence in themselves.

3) What kind of impact or benefit will this have for your nominee?

Recognition for all her hard work and effort to serve the communities by providing a safe place to workout that builds confidence and relationships.

Jodie is the owner/operator of 3 Burn Bootcamp locations in Newnan, Peachtree City, and Fayetteville. So many people in the community have seen changes in their bodies, health, and mindset. She has been an excellent asset to our community!

Exposure will help her business continue to grow and also get the people in our community to get into shape.

Robert created ACTS in an effort to give back to the community and to God. He has a passion for helping others and felt this business could assist with his outreach efforts. To put it simply, through ACTS, he is able to help LE and private citizens learn how to defend themselves.

What kind of impact or benefit will this have for your nominee?

 The photography session would help to get ACTS website up and running so it could offer its services to the whole community. It would help immensely as it appears that many professional photos are needed for a website.
